A: Acupuncture services only. Because acupuncture is a licensed medical treatment, it qualifies for HSA/FSA pre-tax spending and Superbills with medical billing codes. Standard massage services are personal wellness therapies and must be paid via Cash, Card, Zelle, or Cash App.
Q: How do I submit an Acupuncture Superbill for insurance reimbursement?
A: Upon request after your acupuncture visit, we will generate an itemized Superbill with your ICD-10 diagnosis and CPT procedure codes. You can submit this receipt directly through your insurer's member portal or mobile app for reimbursement if you have out-of-network acupuncture coverage.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a $50.00 fee.
